Description
| A Second World War coastal battery consisting of two circular brick, concrete and steel gun emplacements; a brick, concrete and steel two-storey observation post; two concrete and steel searchlight platforms and the remains of the accommodation camp. The accommodation camp includes concrete hut platforms and a possible ablutions hut. There are also two large concrete blocks with slots, of unknown purpose, an engine house, a small engine mounting block, and a possible small machine gun position. The battery was armed with 2 four-inch guns. |
